Return Policy (7 Days)

At Enigmaaz Pakistan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@enigmaaz.com or call us at +92 318 0599046 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs. Please allow up to [number] business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product(s). Refunds are subject to inspection and approval of the returned product(s).

4. Exchange

If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting the RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
